Performance Monitoring

Real time tracking of performance issues and corrective actions is a reality for any business that is bound by performance criteria specified in contracts or government regulation. TIMS Performance Monitor is the best solution for ensuring performance and accreditation compliance.

The TIMS Performance Monitor module is used to measure staff, driver and company performance and customer satisfaction. TIMS Performance Monitor assists management by automating tasks to specific staff and then continued system prompting for the completion of these tasks.

Integrating with TIMS Operations Despatch, any event recorded by operations staff is automatically recorded and highlighted for further attention in TIMS Performance Monitor.

Also linked closely with TIMS HR, TIMS Performance Monitor will allocate tasks to be completed based on the position profile and automatically track these tasks in a calendar for each user.

Features

Record & Measure Key Performance Indicators including:

  • Accidents and Breakdowns
  • Late/Early Running, Dropped Trips, Missed Trips and Incidents
  • Complaints, Compliments, Company Feedback and Passenger Injuries
  • Student Behaviour and Lost Property
  • Alcohol/Drug Tests, Employee Injuries, Discipline & Terminations.

The Tasks Calendar displays scheduled tasks to be completed according to Position Profile. For example an Administration Officer will only see outstanding tasks that have been assigned to a position profile of Administration Officer. The Administration Officer may also see outstanding tasks relating to safety if they are assigned a position profile by the OHS committee.

The Task Calendar will automatically keep moving any incomplete task forward in the calendar until the task is resolved.

For each Performance Event, mandatory tasks may be pre-assigned to generate automatically. For example an Accident may be pre-assigned the following mandatory tasks:

  • Interview with driver (Operations Manager)
  • Report Accident to Insurance Company (Claims Officer)
  • Obtain Quote for Repairs (Workshop Manager)
  • Submit Accident Claim to Insurance Provider (Claims Officer)
  • Follow up Claim Settlement with Insurance Provider (Claims Officer).

Images and Documents may be attached to a Performance Event. For example, an Accident may have the following attachments:

  • Signed witness statement
  • Photo of damage to the vehicle
  • Copy of an Accident claim form
  • Email correspondence.

Related Performance Events may be linked seamlessly. For example, an Accident Event may give rise to an Injury Event and a Disciplinary Event for a Driver. These secondary events may be created directly from the Accident Event Form.Reports are dynamically produced in a PDF format.

View, Print, File Export, Email an extensive range of reports Report on Drivers, Vehicles and Events for Performance Analysis or Driver Review.
