The TIMS HR and Payroll modules are designed to give you a complete tool set for staff administration and management. At the time an Employee is assigned a position and personnel profile in TIMS, all employee activities are captured including timesheets from their roster, salary conditions, complete payroll history, performance KPI events and workers compensation cases.

The TIMS HR solution can be further enhanced with the Driver Profiler, a complete recruitment and career development tool. Driver Profiler is designed to eliminate risky new appointments by profile matching your applicants with the job position. Your managers will also be able to effectively increase staff and driver performance and retention by ensuring employees are appropriately developed and appointed to positions suited to their profile.

Human Resources Features:

  • Integrates with all other modules in the TIMS suite including workshop, operations, performance management, finances and payroll
  • The Human Resources module separates the following information from critical payroll details to ensure the security of employee data:
    • Training details
    • Employee Skills/Qualifications
    • Licence details
    • Personnel contacts.
  • HR Notes can be recorded which are separate to the Payroll Notes maintained for an employee
  • Tracking of an Employment Application to Hiring, Training and Certification
  • HR Review dates can be set and generated to ensure that Employees are selected for Review based on previously dated reviews
  • Detailed and Summarised Board Reportscan be printed based on a wide range of parameters to show terminated, training, service years, birthdays, review history, etc.

Workers Compensation Features:

  • Record and classify injuries

Payroll Features:

  • Payroll transactions are automatically generated based on the rosters and overtime adjustments from the Time Sheets and a complete Award Interpretation in the Roster module

  • Drivers have complete access to their Roster week along with expected pay using a secure online facility on the web
  • A unique password against the Employee file encrypts the Pay Advices sent by Email and ensures that the Pay Advice is password protected
  • Pay into multiple bank accounts for an Employee based on a fixed amount or percentage
  • Employee super contributions as salary sacrifice or after tax contributions based on a fixed amount or a percentage
  • Full calculation of leave accruals including pro-rata and entitled
  • Printing and emailing Payment Summaries including reconciliation reports and production of the ATO file for electronic lodgement
